Welcome to Oceanview Fun Park. By accessing or using our park facilities, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our facilities.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. Our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy, is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

2. Park Access and Use

Oceanview Fun Park offers a variety of rides, attractions, and entertainment facilities for your enjoyment. By entering our park, you agree to:

• Comply with all posted safety instructions, warnings, and requirements
• Follow directions from park staff at all times
• Refrain from engaging in any unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior
• Supervise children in your care at all times
• Use facilities and equipment only for their intended purposes

Management reserves the right to refuse admission, remove any person, or close any part of the park for safety, security, or operational reasons without refund or compensation.

3. Ticket Purchases and Admissions

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except where expressly stated otherwise or required by law. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. We reserve the right to verify the identity of ticket holders.

In the event of inclement weather, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may temporarily close certain attractions or the entire park. No refunds will be given for partial closures, but management may, at its discretion, offer alternative visits in cases of full-day closures.

Season passes and multi-visit tickets are subject to additional terms provided at the time of purchase.

4. Health and Safety

You acknowledge that certain attractions involve inherent risks. It is your responsibility to review and adhere to safety guidelines, including height, weight, age, and health restrictions.

Visitors with certain medical conditions should exercise caution and consult with their healthcare providers before participating in high-intensity attractions. Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back or neck problems, or other physical limitations should not ride certain attractions.

In case of emergency, please follow staff instructions and proceed to designated assembly areas. First aid facilities are available throughout the park for minor injuries or medical assistance.

5. Prohibited Items and Behaviors

The following items are prohibited within the park:

• Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, or other dangerous objects
• Alcoholic beverages not purchased within the park
• Illegal substances
• Glass containers
• Pets (except service animals as defined by applicable law)
• Drones or remote-controlled devices

Additionally, the following behaviors are prohibited:

• Smoking outside of designated smoking areas
• Line jumping or saving places in queues
• Entering restricted or staff-only areas
• Using profane or abusive language
• Engaging in unsafe behavior on rides or attractions
• Any form of harassment or discrimination

6. Photography and Recording

Personal photography and video recording are permitted for non-commercial use only. By entering the park, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for security, promotional, or commercial purposes by Oceanview Fun Park.

The use of selfie sticks, tripods, or other photography equipment that may pose safety risks is prohibited on certain attractions. Flash photography is not permitted on indoor attractions.

Commercial photography, filming, or recording requires prior written permission from park management.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, text, graphics, and software used in connection with Oceanview Fun Park, is the property of Oceanview Fun Park or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without prior written consent from Oceanview Fun Park.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oceanview Fun Park, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our facilities, services, or website.

We do not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings. Secure lockers are available throughout the park for your convenience.

You assume all risks associated with your visit to Oceanview Fun Park, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other losses.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. We will provide notice of material changes as appropriate under the circumstances.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gold Coast, Queensland.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
